* 1 hour birth plan/comfort measures meeting within 10 miles of doula's location.
*Unlimited phone, email support, including informational emails

*Unlimited labor support both in home and birth place

*Follow up call/video postpartum
BIRTH & POSTPARTUM
*Prenatal Interview

*Birth + Postpartum planning session including hands on comfort measures
*Unlimited phone, email support, including informational emails

*Unlimited labor support both in home and birth place
*Up to two hours immediate postpartum care after birth
​
*One postpartum visit of up to 4 hours
​

POSTPARTUM ONLY
*Daytime session: Up to 4 hours
*Overnight session: Up to 8 hours

*Postpartum visits are paid by the session, not hour
​
*Each session will vary depending on the needs of the family. Here are a few options below.
​
* Each session will focus on one or more of the following:
- Caring for baby as Mom and Dad get rest and bath/shower.
- Comfortable + effective latch and breastfeeding success if applicable.
- Processing birth experience,
- Answering newborn care/postpartum care questions.
​
* Practical support that includes:
- Preparing simple meals/snacks,
- Light house cleaning, answering phone/door.
- BirthWell Doulas are open to specific requests within reason.

*Birth Coaching Call:
$75/HR

*Postpartum Session:
$25 per hour for:
4 hours Daytime
8 hours nighttime
*TENS Unit rental: $25.00
